The second four star flip of the day comes in the form of Larry Tarver, a defensive back from the state of Florida.

Tarver is a 5’11”, 165 pounds from Miami, Florida. He is a four star defensive back who is ranked as the 76th ranked cornerback in the country and the 134th ranked player in the state of Florida.

He was originally committed to Maryland and had other scholarship offers from Texas A&M, Miami and Louisville.

Tarver had seven interceptions in his senior season. Nebraska sure could use more of those. He is paired with Mario Buford as the other defensive back in the class.
