The corn is definitely more than “knee high” right now. How long ago was it that that phrase no longer really fit the corn? I feel like it is always higher than knee high by the Fourth of July these days.

Also, when do you think is the best time of year to eat sweet corn? I think it’s probably end of July and into August.
