The Big Ten has released a rather limited (13 games on BTN?) schedule of Big Ten baseball broadcasts for the 2021 season. Nebraska will have eight games televised this season:
- Saturday, April 10 – 2 PM – Maryland (NET)
- Friday, April 23 – 4 PM – at Michigan State (BTN)
- Saturday, May 15 – 2 PM – Northwestern (NET)
- Friday, May 21 – 7 PM – at Indiana (BTN)
- Saturday, May 22 – 5:30 PM – at Indiana (ESPNU)
- Friday, May 28 – Noon – Michigan (BTN)
- Saturday, May 29 – Noon – Michigan (BTN)
- Sunday, May 30 – Noon – Michigan (BTN)
(All times in central time, as God himself intended.)
Of note, three of the games are road games. BTN is only televising two games in April, likely wanting to leave room for football spring game broadcasts. Still, it’s somewhat ironic that BTN would normally televise more baseball games during a typical Big Ten tournament than they’ll televise in 2021.
