Big Ten Revises 2021 Football Schedule

Conference games shift around, with Wisconsin and Purdue flipping home games and Iowa is back on Blackshirt Friday.

An updated 2021 football schedule has been released!

We don’t have a baseball schedule, a season that should start in another week, but BY GOD WE HAVE THE 2021 FOOTBALL SCHEDULE for the entire Big Ten. Am I salty? Damn right.

So, what’s the big deal?

We’re still starting with Illinois in Dublin, Ireland. At this point in time. Until the Covid-19 Iowegian variant turns everyone into Zombies this summer because that would be Iowa’s gift to the world. Then everything is off the table. If the game moves back to Champaign from Dublin, it will likely remain on August 28, unless UTSA reschedules their Labor Day weekend game against Texas-San Antonio.

Ohio State has moved from October 2nd to November 6th. So... November is a great set of games!

Northwestern has moved from October 9th to October 2nd.

Michigan on October 9th instead of October 30th.

Purdue game moves from October 16 in West Lafayette to October 30 in Lincoln. (Everybody’s knees appreciate that move away from Purdue’s football field.)

Wisconsin date stays the same, but now in Madison instead of Lincoln.

Minnesota moved to October 16th instead of Black Friday.

And we get IOWA on Black Friday!
