The Nebraska Cornhuskers are back in Lincoln and kick off a two-game home stand starting with the Purdue Boilermakers late this afternoon. The game marks the 23rd all-time meeting between the two programs and the series dates back to 1947. Purdue leads overall 16-6, and holds a 10-4 mark in Big Ten play. Nebraska holds an even 3-3 record in Lincoln since joining the Big Ten in 2011-2012. The game will be the only regular season meeting between the two programs as the schedule currently stands, and the return trip to West Lafayette seems unlikely to be rescheduled.
