The Nebraska Cornhuskers game time and network information has been announced for the annual Big Ten/ACC Challenge matchup. The Huskers visit Raleigh, North Carolina this year to take on the NC State Wolfpack on Wednesday, Dec. 1. We now know the game will tip off at 6:15 p.m. central time (7:15 ET) and be broadcast on ESPNU.
The game marks the first ever matchup between the two programs. NC State went 14-11 and 9-8 in the ACC last season, good for a ninth place finish. The Wolfpack advanced to the second round of the NIT before falling to Colorado State. Head coach Kevin Keatts enters his fifth season at the helm this year.
As for the overall records in the ACC/Big Ten Challenge, the Big Ten trails 7-12-3. However, the league is on a two-year win streak after winning the challenge in 2019 (8-6) and 2020 (7-5). The inter-conference challenge dates back to 1999, long before the Huskers ever joined the league. Nebraska is 5-5 in the Challenge since joining the Big Ten.
