This means that the two seniors from the 2020 season are returning for 2021 including junior All-Conference Cornerback Cam Taylor-Britt.
Dismuke was an Honorable Mention All-Big Ten safety who has started 20 straight games for the Husker defense. He had 47 total tackles in 2020 for the Blackshirts.
Is Will Honas and Ben Stille planning on announcing today as well?
There appears to be a lot of offensive players leaving while, with the exception of DiCaprio Bootle, most of the defensive players are coming back. This could mean a lot or it could mean a little.
Regardless, there is a lot of talent and experience returning for the Nebraska defense for the 2021 schedule. Nebraska will need all the help they can with a matchup against Oklahoma looming on the horizon.
Like I wrote in the article about Deontai Williams...now about that offense...
