Frosted Flakes: Husker Football is Back!

Well, it’s still a month away, but it’s coming.

We can all set our sites on October 24th to finally watch the Huskers play football.

When the schedule came out on Saturday, I was not thrilled when they announced that the first game was vs. Ohio State and the second was against Wisconsin. The more I thought about it though, why not?

This year there will be no false belief about how this team can compete after the first few games. We will know. Can we play with and beat Ohio State and Wisconsin? Maybe we can and we won’t have to wait to find out. If we can’t, we’ll know that too. The good news in all of it is that the Huskers are playing.
