Husker fans, we have football. And not only do we have football, we have a new friend in the Big Ten. It seems we also have about a dozen new enemies, but let’s focus on that friend for a minute.
Ohio State is now our brother. Currently, they are the big brother. Here’s hoping they’re not the kind of big brother who knocks snot bubbles out of us in week 1, but they feel like family right now. Just like is the standard family tradition in Nebraska, we and our brother, Ohio State, will all be sitting down and watching the same game in a month.
So, before all that happens and one fanbase inevitably gets pissed off at the result (Ohio State, duh), we decided to bring in a member of the new family, Matt Tamanini. Matt’s an Ohio State writer for our sister site Land-Grant Holy Land. Matt was fun, informative, opinionated, knowledgeable (he used to work in the B1G office), supportive of Frost (he lives in Orlando), and he had a really cool hat. And I love hats.
Of course, as always, if you want to actually see us and our guests, you can become a subscriber on our Patreon (linked at the bottom). If you just want to listen, then all you have to do is click the little thing just below this paragraph!
And once you’re done listening to our conversation with Matt, you’re going to need some more content to fill the empty space between now and the return of the Husker football season. You can do that by catching up on all 329 of our past episodes here. And here’s a handy dandy list (with links) to all of the post-COVID interviews we’ve done during while being apart from one another:
Dan Wolken (and kind of Pat Forde)
Frank Costa (Part II)
Dr. Jack Stark
Frank Costa (Part I)
