Tuesday morning, Omaha television station KETV’s microphones caught University of Nebraska President Ted Carter mentioning that a Big Ten announcement on Husker football is forthcoming in hours.
“We’re getting ready to announce the Huskers and Big Ten football tonight”, said Carter in a conversation with Bob Hinson, director of the National Strategic Research Institute.
Meanwhile, Ohio State seems to be waiting in nervous expectation of some sort of news.
