Believe it or not, we actually have a college football game going on tonight. Originally, this would have been “Week Zero but that is gone for the year. So, we have one Football Championship Subdivision game to watch and we will most likely enjoy it.
Tonight, look towards the south where the Bears of Central Arkansas will take on Governors of Austin Peay. Both teams are perennial powers in the FCS. Last year the Bears pulled off the win over the Governors 24-16.
The game itself is the FCS Kickoff which annually takes place the Saturday before the regular season starts between two football powers. ESPN and the FCS look at this as an event to showcase the talent in the division. I mean, it’s more than just North Dakota State, right?
