So, I’m told that not eating for 12 hours is actually good for you. Why you ask? Honestly, I can’t remember at this moment. I just remember my doctor telling me this at my last physical last year. Something about it being good for my health.

It’s kind of like staying away from people when an unknown new virus is going around and they are still trying to figure it out. It may affect some people really poorly. Others, might have little to no issues once they get it.

Everyone is different. So, we should all move along with precautions until we figure this bug out, right?

Until the day comes that we know the ins and outs of this bugger, we should probably chill out a bit.

Ya know, let the scientific community catch up to it with little to no problems so we can watch sports this fall.

But then again, I’m not a doctor. Do what you will and enjoy today’s flakes.
