Wonderful news out of the University of Nebraska basketball program! I’m just kidding!

Cam Mack and Dachon Burke have been suspended indefinitely by our beloved coach Fred Hoiberg! This is just before the final regular season game against Minnesota tomorrow!

I could type more exclamation marks, but you get the point!

It was interesting watching Nebraska play against Michigan without Mack, as Dachon Burke did a decent job of running the offense (mostly!!!!!). Now without either, who will run the offense? !!!!!!!!!!!!!

University of Nebraska men’s basketball coach Fred Hoiberg announced Saturday morning that Dachon Burke Jr. and Cam Mack have been suspended indefinitely.

Burke has played in 29 games, including 27 starts, and averages 12.2 points, 3.4 rebounds and 1.4 steals per game. Mack has made 28 appearances, including 25 starts, and averages 12.0 points, 6.4 assists, 4.5 rebounds and 1.3 steals per game.

The Huskers finish the regular season at Minnesota Sunday afternoon at Noon (central) on BTN.

I am credentialed to shoot (photos) at this game tomorrow. I had hoped to see Mack and Burke in person, but nooooO! Not only that, but it’d be nice if we could somehow beat Minnesota. I realize the chances of that are minimal at best, but imagine the embarrassment I could heap upon my rotten son (who attends the University of Minnesota) were that to happen.
