Oh boy. Nebraska looks to get back on the baseball diamond after blowing a 7-0 lead last night in a 12-11 loss to the University of San Diego. Nebraska has had no problem scoring runs in their first four games, but the pitching has been a problem.
Colby Gomes gets the ball for the Huskers who look to allow less than seven runs for the first time in five games this season. Nebraska is batting .329 but is allowing opponents to hit .306. The Huskers also have a problem with defense. They have had eight errors in four games, and their four errors last night surely did not help them win the game.
Let’s hope the Huskers can bounce back tonight against the Aztecs
