2021, that doesn’t even really sound like a real year.
I mean, I graduated high school in 2004 and that was just 5 years ago so I just don’t get how we are at 2021 already.
That being said, I am ready for 2020 to be done.
I have never really been a resolution kind of person, but I do like to reflect on the past year and think about what I’d like to do or know I’ll get to do in the next one (well until a global pandemic ruins said plans).
In 2021 I’d like to explore more. I would really love for that word explore to mean travel, but I have learned from 2020 that sometimes that doesn’t always work out. So it might mean just continue to explore the area around us, but I hope it means we get to see new places.
Last December, I was hoping that my husband and I would be spending this week in the Grand Canyon. He has always wanted to go there, and I thought it’d be a fun 40th birthday present. I still hope to go later in 2021 and to stay in Flagstaff, so if you have any tips or places we must see I’d love to hear them.
Now, on to your flakes.
