NCAA Football: Nebraska at Northwestern David Banks-USA TODAY Sports

This week on the Five Heart Podcast, Jon and Greg are joined by Todd and Nate to talk about last week’s loss to Northwestern.

What...the hell...happened?

Greg says it was ineptitude by the offense. Jon says “Nebraska put up more yards on Northwestern than Iowa or Maryland.” But the problem was the Huskers’ inability to put points on the board.

Why did we hit a stone wall on the two yard line before throwing an interception? Why didn’t we try a stretch play? Set an edge? Run to the pylon?

That is on the coaching staff.

So let’s “get rid of the stupid ass mistakes” (Todd) and beat Penn State in what Jon has christened the Insecurity Bowl.
