More offseason silliness....

Per the Omaha World Herald and Lincoln Journal Star, Marquel Dismuke was cited last Friday evening at 8 pm for driving on a suspended license. Dismuke is a junior defensive back expected to vy for a starting position at safety. This is his second offense for driving on a suspended license as he has already been convicted of the same offense on a previous occasion.

You can reset the counter on the number of days a Nebraska player has been cited for a marijuana offense:

Jeramiah Stovall, a walk-on senior defensive back was cited for possession of under an ounce of marijuana.

This is the third off-season offense by a current Husker player involving marijuana. Maurice Washington was cited previously for possession of drug paraphernalia, and Wan’Dale Robinson was cited for possession of under an ounce of marijuana.

Thank goodness fall camp is only a few weeks away.
