Nebraska vs. Oklahoma State: NCAA Regional Game Thread

Baseball Background

It is time for baseball! Harvard has been eliminated by Connecticut and now the game we have all been waiting for: Nebraska vs. Oklahoma State.

The story lines are all there: Nebraska battling a lefty, Darin Erstad and his postseason track record, Bricktown Ballpark magic, and even the old Big 12 Rivalry. It is a great night for baseball and let’s hope the Huskers win.

In other baseball news: Indiana won an elimination game today and plays Louisville tomorrow. Illinois got sent packing by Jacksonville State (LOL). Creighton has sent defending national champions Oregon State to the offseason by defeating the Beavers in Corvallis. Andrew Magno can still pitch as he was the only reason Ohio State kept their season alive, defeating McNeese State.
