The Nebraska baseball team will look to secure a series win or even possibly a series sweep when the Huskers and Michigan Wolverines return to Hawks Field for a doubleheader on Friday. Nebraska has already taken the opening game of the series, a 5-2 victory last night.
Nebraska comes into today currently in a three way tie for third place in the Big Ten standings. If Nebraska were to sweep the doubleheader today, the Huskers would be guaranteed a top four finish in the Big Ten standings. A win or an Iowa loss would guarantee the Huskers to finish in the top five.
