Great news from the land of unprecedented flooding.
How is everyone doing? Recovering?
I would like to thank the coaching staff at Nebraska @coach_frost @CoachWalters1 and company for the experience they have given me to help me decide that I will be continuing my academic and athletic career at the University of Nebraska pic.twitter.com/h0j8Li1T9H

The “flood” of 2020 recruits has begun! Zavier Betts, 6-2 190lb four star wide receiver from Omaha, has committed to the Cornhuskers! Betts had a B1G heavy offer list including Iowa, Iowa State, Minnesota, Purdue and others. Zavier’s recruitment was getting ready to blow up when he came to Junior Day last weekend. He saw everything he needed to, and decided to shut his recruitment down early.
Zavier Betts’ video is rock solid. The first thing that sticks out it his frame. He has lots of reach and length. The next thing that draws your attention is his hands. He pulls in the contested throws and high points the pass accurately. I liked his double move and hitches to get open as well. Another strength is his speed. After a couple cuts to get in open field, he then burns anyone left, even if they have angle on them. He was used as a wildcat on a few goalline situations, and ran with physicality too. There’s a lot to like about Zavier Betts.
Zavier is the 91st ranked player in the country and the top rated athlete in Nebraska. This guy is a must-have for the recruiting staff. His commitment moves the Huskers to 43rd in the country, but there are only two commits right now. Welcome to the Husker family, Zavier! GBR!
