Nebraska Baseball Doubleheader Gamethread Vs. Minnesota

After having the day off yesterday due to weather, Nebraska and Minnesota get back on the diamond for a doubleheader today. Nebraska has an early 3-0 lead after Luke Roskam lifted a two run home run in the first inning.

Nebraska and Minnesota played a thriller on Friday with the Huskers losing the game in extra innings. A walk off three run home run proved to be the difference for the Gophers who moved to a perfect 4-0 in league play.

The Huskers will need to work Patrick Fredrickson in game one to get into the Minnesota bullpen. If the Huskers can get in the bullpen, and force the Gophers to use some arms, the Huskers could have a shot at taking both ends of the doubleheader.
