The Nebraska Huskers (11-7, 3-0 Big Ten) travel to TD Ameritrade Park in Omaha to take on the Creighton Bluejays Tuesday night. The Huskers will send Kyle Perry to the mound to face off against a Creighton team that has won four in a row.

Creighton is coming off a weekend sweep of the Maryland Terrapins. Creighton got solid pitching and timely hitting in all three games against the Terps.

Creighton is led by a trio of hitters with batting averages over the .300 mark. Jake Holton leads the team with a .361 batting average. Isaac Collins and Parker Upton return from last years Creighton team that beat Nebraska three times.

Creighton stands out as a team with power. The Jays have already hit 20 home runs this season in just 16 games. Nebraska has hit just five home runs in 18 games. Playing in Omaha should negate some of this power advantage.

The Huskers hope to get a solid start out of Perry. Creighton meanwhile will use the common tactic of the revolving bullpen door of TD Ameritrade. Expect at least five or six Creighton pitchers to see action Tuesday night. Don’t be surprised if you see Creighton make it to double digits in pitchers used.
