With the city of Lincoln in a blizzard warning, Nebraska has moved up the start time of their Saturday afternoon basketball game against the Purdue Boilermakers to 1:00 p.m. Nebraska and Purdue were originally scheduled to play at 3:00 p.m. The contest is still set for television on the Big Ten Network.

Purdue arrived earlier in the day today, and will attempt to leave after the game tomorrow.

The Lincoln area is expected to be hit by a winter storm during most of the day Saturday. In Lincoln, meteorologist are expecting freezing rain to turn to snow during the day. Winds will pick up throughout the day as well. Total snow accumulations are projected to be in the 4-8 inch range, with a coating of ice possibly underneath all the snow.
The Nebraska Wrestling team moved up their meet with Stanford tomorrow earlier in the day today as well. Nebraska and Stanford will now wrestle at 1:00 P.M.
