Football Championship Games Thread!

It’s a great day of college football ahead!

Still plenty of great college football games left!

I realize it’s a downer Nebraska isn’t included in any of this, but there’s still a long offseason ahead of us, and you might as well enjoy other teams playing. If you’re into enjoying the tears of other fanbases - there’s that too!

Utah had their hopes CRUSHED last night. Today - who will it be? Baylor (hopefully)? Oklahoma (maybe)?

I will root for LSU over Georgia by a wide margin. How can you not be for the Coach O today?

Here’s a man who was a disaster of a head coach at Ole Miss as detailed in the book, “Meat Market”, by Bruce Feldman (read the interview!). He began to change, taking over the head coach position after Lane Kiffin was fired at USC. His reputation couldn’t overcome, and they didn’t keep him as head coach, preferring Steve Sarkisian.

Now Coach O leads LSU, possibly to a SEC title, and possibly to a national title after that.

This is a wonderful story of redemption and change. By God, it’s beautiful! GEAUX TIGERS!

Championship Saturday Games!
