Alright folks, this is the last game of the year. It’s Thanksgiving, so I won’t take up too much time.
The Turkey Was Poisoned
Iowa staff members infiltrated the training table and spread a poisonous laxative on the whole turkey and poured the rest in the gravy. This is going to cause the Nebraska squad to be in the emergency room fighting for their lives. The Iowa players and staff will wave as they pass the hospital on their drive back to Iowa City.
Iowa is GREAT
Iowa is a far better team, and they’ve shown that throughout the series between the two teams. Just look at the record between the two teams. Nebraska only leads the series by 12 games, but Iowa has won so many championships in the past. Iowa is the far superior team, and it’s not even close.
Iowa has the Momentum
Even though Iowa is down by 12 games in the series, they’ve still won five of the last six. It’s a new era for Iowa football. They’ve dominated in B1G games, and they put the nail in the coffin when they went 12-0 in 2015. That was probably their 50th undefeated season in school history because it was such a big deal.
Nate Stanley is the Greatest Player of all Time
Let’s be honest, has there ever been a better quarterback than Nate Stanley. He’s faster than Lamar Jackson and can make Patrick Mahomes look like Eli Manning when he throws the ball. He’s obviously going to be the top pick in the draft. He’s such a weapon and there’s no way Nebraska will stop him.
Memorial Stadium will be Blacked Out
Husker fans have given up on the year and Iowa fans will overflow into Memorial Stadium to watch their team get to eight wins on the season. This may be a down year for Iowa, but they’ve played every team close including Purdue, Minnesota and Illinois. They won all of those games, which might be the best three teams in the B1G.
