NCAA Basketball: Big Ten Media Day Quinn Harris-USA TODAY Sports

Believe it or not we are just two weeks away from Nebraska basketball’s “secret scrimmage” against Wichita State. They will play the Shockers down at the Koch Center in Wichita on October 26th.

I’m still not sure why they still call them secret scrimmages. They should just called them “closed scrimmages”.

Anyway, basketball is coming and it will be here before we know it. The Huskers first and only exhibition is against Doane on October 30th and then, boom! November 5th UC Riverside comes to town to kick off the season.

Hopefully they don’t have Snoop Dogg leading the charge.
