It’s going to be hard to top last week’s cob selection but we still have some interesting choices. Let’s check out this week’s cob nominations.
Oklahoma
Someone in last week’s cobs mentioned something about the omen of the Schooner crash. I think it’s real after the Kansas State upset. Skylar Thompson was a nightmare for the Sooners as they went down by 25 points in the 4th before scoring the last 18 points so the 48-41 loss wasn’t as close as it seemed.

Texas
Horns down! Texas is definitely not back when your quarterback throws four picks in a 37-27 loss.

Notre Dame
The Irish luck has run out for this season. They got stomped by Jim Harbaugh’s Michigan 45-14.

Penn State Defensive Tackle Antonio Shelton
On this week’s version of stupid ways to get yourself ejected: spitting.
There’s absolutely no room for spitting on an opponent. Low class move, Antonio Shelton. #WeAre #PennState #PSUvsMSU

If Antonio Shelton spit at that Michigan State player, he needs disciplined hard! That is NOT the #WeAre culture! @PennStateFball @coachjfranklin #PSUvsMSU

I would like to apologize for my actions during tonight’s game. That was extremely selfish behavior. I misrepresented my coach, my school and my team. That’s not who we are and that’s not who I am. I represent more than myself, this won’t happen again.

Texas Tech Defensive Back Douglas Coleman III
Tried to get cute on a blocked field goal and it ended up costing Texas Tech the game.

Auburn Defensive End Big Kat Bryant
I was going to nominate Indiana’s defense for going down easy this week. And then I saw this. Caught in the act...
