Nebraska Football: Kickoff Time and Television Announced for Next Game Against Indiana

Get ready for a 2:30 p.m. game (central time). Tune in to BTN

NCAA Football: Rutgers at Indiana Marc Lebryk-USA TODAY Sports

The news you have been waiting for is right here. Ignore any talk about some game in a beautiful country far away. We need to focus on what is important - our next opponent!

Below is the following statement from the Nebraska Athletic Department regarding Nebraska Football’s next game:

The Big Ten Conference announced Monday morning that Nebraska’s Oct. 26 game against Indiana in Lincoln will kick off at 2:30 p.m. CT and will be televised by BTN.

Kickoff times and television information for Nebraska’s November games with Purdue (Nov. 2), Wisconsin (Nov. 16) and Maryland (Nov. 23) will be announced six to 12 days in advance. The Huskers’ regular-season finale against Iowa on Friday, Nov. 29 will be televised on BTN with kickoff at 1:30 p.m. CT.

This is better than an 11 a.m. game which gives the coaching staff the opportunity to get a few more recruits in than they could if it was at 11 a.m.

Also, 2:30 p.m. is probably ideal for me and we all know that is all that matters!

Keep your heads up folks. Hopefully, by the time the next game against Indiana rolls around we will have shaken the dust off of our shoes and helped each other up off the ground to get ready to cheer for our Huskers.
