Nebraska travels to the Big House on September 22 to open conference play. The Big Ten Conference announced today that kick off will be at 11 a.m. CT (Noon local in Ann Arbor).
The game will be televised by FS1. If you are mobile at that time, the Fox Sports Go app will also carry the game (assuming you have a login from a cable, satellite, or streaming provider.)
Michigan opened the season with a 24-17 loss to Notre Dame and followed it up with a 49-3 thumping of Western Michigan. Notre Dame followed their victory over Michigan with an uninspiring 24-16 win over Ball State.
After watching in Week 1, I think most Husker fans felt better about this game than they did when looking over the schedule during the offseason. However, the Husker loss to Colorado, coupled with the uncertainty over Adrian Martinez’ injury, has most Nebraska fans nervous again.
At least, we will know the fate of our beloved team early on September 22.
