We are fully in the swing of fall sports. Husker soccer is off to a great start. The volleyball team looks like John Cook is reloading rather than rebuilding. And, we have this little thing called football this weekend! Yay!
Lost in all the Gebbia transfer news is the fact that a true freshman is starting the season opener for the first time in program history. Husker Nation is so absorbed in worrying about losing a backup QB, that many are forgetting to celebrate the starting QB.
This is going to be a fast, exciting offense. It’s probably going to make us tear our hair out at times this season as well.
