Confirmed: RB Maurice Washington is a full qualifier and will be eligible to play this fall. Big news for the #Huskers.

Long-thought to be a qualifying risk due to an untraditional academic background, Washington was able to clear all of the hurdles and will attend Nebraska as a full academic qualifier on scholarship. One would expect him to arrive in time to take a spot on the 110-man roster for fall camp.
Washington will join a newly renovated running back room, with Greg Bell, Tre Bryant, Miles Jones, Jaylin Bradley, Devine Ozigbo, and Mikale Wilbon. Scott Frost will have plenty of options for running the ball this fall. Amazing work by Ryan Held, having brought in half of that room.
Welcome to Nebraska, Maurice! Congratulations, and Go Big Red!
