Nebraska athletic director Bill Moos stated that there might be changes coming to the Husker fabled tunnel walk entrance, as per the OWH’s Evan Bland:
“(Frost) is about tradition and legacy and all that, but he also is sensitive to young people today and what excites them,” Moos said. “So I think you may see a combination of different musics in the Tunnel Walk. That’s the last we discussed.”
A combination of different musics?
WTF ARE THEY DOING?
This is a long-lasting tradition where they played that damned Alan Parson’s song “Sirius” for years and Husker fans know what to expect. They can’t go changing it up for each game. People aren’t accustomed to change.
WHAT THE HOLY HELL IS GOING ON?
And now they’re gonna make changes to the tunnel walk.
Honestly, I don’t care at all about the tunnel walk.
How will fans react if they change the song for each game? Will they let them know ahead of time, or will it be a surprise?
HERE’S MY FAVORITE BLACKPINK SONG!
Spotify told me that this song by Blackpink was my second most played song of 2017. it was right behind Panic! At the Disc’s Death of A Bachelor.
I don’t know what they would play to be more “modern”. I’m guessing rap. Or HipHopHogwash.
Perhaps Chance the Rapper. Tyler the Creator. Kanye’s Poopty swoop.
I don’t know.
What I know is this.
Change is vogue at Nebraska. Change is in.
Whether you’re getting a band back together or not, this isn’t the old days.
Poopity scoop, man.
