Three seniors will be accompanying Coach Frost to Chicago

NCAA Football: Iowa at Nebraska Reese Strickland-USA TODAY Sports

We are getting closer to the 2018 football season being a reality.

Big Ten Media Days are next week, the 23rd and 24th!!! Which means Nebraska has to send three players to Chicago to answer questions from all members of the media that make it to the Paris of the Midwest.

Today the Big Ten announced that Jerald Foster, Stanley Morgan Jr. and Mick Stoltenberg will represent Nebraska at Big Ten Media Days.

So for those of you keeping track at home, that is two offensive players and one defensive player. That has to mean something right? Are they even going to try playing defense next season? Is Chinander just a empty suit? Is he already on the hot seat? Was the moon landing fake?

These questions and many other will be asked AND answered by student athletes in Chicago.

For what it is worth, Iowa is bringing two defensive players (Parker Hesse and Matt Nelson both DL) and one offensive player (Nate Stanley). So that has to mean something too. Like are they going to even try and play offensive next season? Is Brian Ferentz just an empty suit? Is he already on the hot seat? Who killed Kennedy?

One event that is always interesting is the Big Ten Kickoff Luncheon on July 24. Of note to Nebraska fans, it will include an autograph session with the head coaches and College Football Hall of Fame inductees Dana Howard of Illinois and Aaron Taylor of Nebraska. The luncheon will feature speeches by Big Ten Commissioner Jim Delany and Tournament of Roses president Gerald Freeny, while Michigan State’s Khari Willis will speak on behalf of the students in attendance. Being selected as the student speaker is a high honor that includes past presenters Ameer Abdullah and Kirk Cousins.
