Good morning Nebraska and surrounding territories!

Gooooooood morning folks! I hope you all had a good weekend with your friends and family. Today I’ll start flakes out with a few tweets from the weekend.

I’m not a huge soccer fan but this is pretty cool. The sport seems to take a life of it’s own outside of the United States. We think that we have some hardcore fan bases, but in comparison to soccer fandom/hooliganism, we’ve got nothing. Here’s the video from an English pub after they scored their first.....I stress first goal.

Remeber Pele? He was even before my time. Considered one of the all time greatest soccer players in the world. Anyway, he still has faith in the athleticism of the 1970’s Brazilian soccer team he was apart of.

There has been a lot of hubbub about a certain tweet from Washington State football coach Mike Leach’s account. I won’t get into that one but here’s a gem I think that many of us will appreciate. What can I say, the man likes his waffles.

This is pretty memorizing, and cool. I wonder if Menards carries these?

Anyway, on to flakes...
