We have declared war on rabbits here at the ranch.
My garden became a bunny buffet a couple nights ago, so the oldest ranchhand has been turned loose with the shotgun. We also installed some fencing and row covers, but it usually doesn’t take those pests long to figure out a way around them.
I woke up this morning and saw one poking around the fence trying to figure out a way underneath. I think ranchhand will be sent for more ammo.
Hell hath no fury like a gardener who has already replanted the edamame once before.
