March Madness is in full effect. Here’s how to watch.

NCAA Basketball: NCAA Tournament-South Regional-Loyola vs Nevada Brett Davis-USA TODAY Sports

Are the Cornhuskers playing? Nope! I hope that you would know by now that our basketball season has been over for some time after the oust in the NIT. It stinks but those are the cards that are dealt to us.

However, we do have some really good basketball going on in the NCAA Tournament. Tonight is the first half of the Elite Eight. First game will come out of the Atlanta Regional with #9 Kansas State versus #11 Loyola Chicago at 5:09 pm. If you were one of the lucky few who picked this match up then lucky you. I am sure there are a lot of very unhappy bracket owners who would like to congratulate you on your picks.

The second game of the night will be out of Los Angeles with #9 Florida State taking on #3 Michigan at 8:00 pm. It’s nice to see at least one team Nebraska beat has made it this far in the tournament. It’s not a whole lot to hang our hats on but at least it’s something. It’s not like we have other things to do right now (checks to see if Miles is still coach).
