Pro Big Red: Huskers in the NFL Week 16

First of all, sorry for the late update life has been a little crazy with the holidays. This is going to be a brief article because I have a friend in the Air Force coming into town tonight.


Rex Burkhead RB - New England Patriots: Burkhead had 13 carries for 39 yards. The Patriots play the Jets on Sunday at noon.

Quincy Enunwa WR - New York Jets: Enunwa is injured, but signed a four year. contract extension with the Jets.


Prince Amukamara CB - Chicago Bears: Amukamara had two tackles in the Bears’ win against the 49ers. The Bears play the Vikings on Sunday at 3:25.

Maliek Collins DT - Dallas Cowboys: The Cowboys clinched their division on Sunday. Collins had three tackles and one was a sack. The Cowboys play the Giants on Sunday at noon.

Lavonte David LB - Tampa Bay Buccaneers: David had five tackles in the Bucs’ loss to the Cowboys. The Bucs play the Falcons on Sunday at noon.

Nathan Gerry LB - Philadelphia Eagles: Gerry recorded two tackles against the Texans. The Eagles will fight for a playoff berth on Sunday against the Redskins at 3:25.

Randy Gregory DE - Dallas Cowboys: Gregory had three tackles and one sack against the Bucs. The Cowboys play the Giants on Sunday at noon.

Ndamukong Suh DT - Los Angeles Rams: Suh recorded five tackles and one sack against the Cardinals. The Rams play the 49ers on Sunday at 3:25.

Special Teams

Brett Maher K - Dallas Cowboys: Maher went two-for-two on field goal attempts and went three-for-three on extra point attempts. The Cowboys play the Giants on Sunday at noon.

Sam Koch P - Baltimore Ravens: The Ravens beat the Chargers last Saturday, and Koch only had to punt three times. His average punt was 50 yards, and his long was 57. The Ravens play the Browns on Sunday at 3:25.
