Five Reasons Nebraska Will Win: Minnesota

We need a little change-up

One: We Are Favored. At 0-6. That Has To Mean Something

Finally, for the first time in several weeks Nebraska is favored
This is not something that should be savored
For when we should we win, we don’t
Feels that when we expect to be victorious, we won’t

Two: Devine Ozigbo and JD Spielman Continue To Be Two of the Best Players In The Conference. Glad They Are On Our Team

In Spielman and Ozigbo, Nebraska has two of the best
So we know we have them, but what about the rest?
We have numerous talented players on this roster, up and down
We have kids that care and want to be around

Three: New Defensive Players Will Get Chances This Week According To Coach Chinander

It is either the 10+ penalties per game that draw the Nebraska fan ire
Or it is a 99 yard drive for a win that makes fans want to expire
By expire, I mean die. Not literally, but you know what I mean
But there is a slimmer of hope with a couple new players on the scene

Four: Adrian Martinez and Maurice Washington Continue to Be Hard On Opposing Defenses

Martinez is good. Remember he is only 18
Better times ahead it surely seems
Include Washington into that, and it is a good start
Continue to move forward, I think that would be smart

Five: The Pain Has To End Sometime

Pain. Pain, Pain, Pain. We all have it.
As fans it feels like we are in a pit
But like all things at some point it has to end
The pain will end, but will it be this weekend?
