Report: Two Husker Players Hospitalized with Rhabdomyolysis

A wide receiver and a lineman became ill after a workout

The Lincoln Journal Star is reporting that two Huskers players, Tyjon Lindsey and Dylan Owen were hospitalized with rhabdomyolysis, but have since been released and have returned to the team. Read their article here...

Rhabdo can be a very serious condition and I am happy to hear both players are recovering.

This is definitely one measure by which Nebraska doesn’t want to beat Iowa. (In case you don’t remember, here is what I’m referring to).
