Well, some people don’t like decommitments in the recruiting world. Kids are pre-madonnas or prima donnas or whatever you call it, and they just poop on the school that took their first commitment NO MATTER WHAT!!
That is not the case with Cameron Brown and Nebraska, however. As a matter of factly, the Huskers are the favorite to get his verbal once again. Brown has scheduled his commitment for tomorrow, August 7th.

You may remember Cameron as committing on May 7th, then backing out literally a month later. That was on the heels of a camp visit to Columbus, and an offer from Ohio State.
However, things have cooled considerably with Brown and the Buckeyes & #zone6. A few Ohio St. folks I have talked to have said that Brown would be a Plan F-G type for the Buckeyes, and Nebraska has kept showing that they wanted Brown as one of, if not their top WR targets.
Brown took the time to come back to Lincoln on his own dime for the 2nd Friday Night Lights this past June, and loved his visit to Lincoln. Since that visit, he’s been pretty radio quiet in his recruitment.
Should Brown verbal to Nebraska again, it speaks to the relationship work that Keith Williams constantly works on time after time with top targets, even ones that seemingly don’t consider Lincoln or back away.
Expect the Huskers to get to 11 recruits & a bump up with Brown’s verbal tomorrow.
