Cleveland.com has released their annual preseason poll in which 38 media voters predict who will finish where in each division of the Big Ten, along with which teams will play in the Big Ten Conference championship game, and who will win it.
No surprise whatsoever, but Ohio State is predicted to win it again, by 29 of 38 voters. They are predicted to win the Big Ten East over Penn State, then beat Wisconsin to win the Big Ten Championship.
Wisconsin is the overwhelming favorite in the Big Ten West, followed by Northwestern, and then Nebraska.
