It’s officially the offseason at Corn Nation. While we’re coming up with bad #takes to help you get to Football season, we’re wondering if you have what we’re looking for.
Who, you? YES YOU.
CN is on the lookout for one or two writers for the upcoming season. We’re looking for folks who want to help out in the following areas:
- Recruiting
- Basketball
- Football
CN is looking for folks that we can depend on to write at least once a week, either during the Football/Basketball season or not. Self motivation is a big deal, and if you have it, then this is the place. A willingness to learn, be adaptable and willing to roll with not only the scheduled items but breaking news helps a lot as well.
Yes, we write a lot about Football, Baseball, Basketball and such. But we can and should do more. If you’re about Softball, Wrestling, Track/Cross Country... it doesn’t matter. We have a voice for you here.
While there’s no paid spots involved in this whole damned thing, CN is seen by many people every day. We’re the largest fully free Nebraska Cornhuskers sports site on the internet, and you’ll be able to get your knowledge and information for our hungry fanbase.
While some folks did other things while at CN, some of the famous alumni include:
- Will Grubb, who is currently at Sports Radio 610 Houston
- Michael Snow of CN & 93.7 The Ticket in Lincoln fame, who is now at WOWT Omaha
- Jake Sorensen, current Morning Show host on 93.7 The Ticket
