The Huskers once again get a primetime game on BTN to kick off their season as the Red Wolves will come to Lincoln for a night game on Labor Day Weekend.
This will make two straight evening openers for the Huskers, who opened the season last year under the lights in Memorial Stadium with a 43-10 win over Fresno State.
Arkansas State visits Lincoln for the third time to open the season, losing to Nebraska 38-9 in 2009 and 42-13 in 2012.
With the FS1/ESPN announcements last week, we now know times and/or channels for at least half of Nebraska’s 2017 schedule.
Sept. 2 Arkansas State 7 p.m. CT BTN
Sept. 9 at Oregon 3:30 p.m. CT/1:30 p.m. PT FOX
