After a weekend sweep of the Rutgers Scarlet Knights, the Nebraska Baseball team has re-entered the top 25 for the first time since the 2015 season. Baseball America ranks the Huskers as the 25th best team in the nation.

Neither Perfect Game nor D1Baseball.com ranks the Huskers. Kendall Rogers of D1Baseball has the Huskers just outside of the top 25.
Very close. Were heavily in the discussion. https://t.co/mOhDRhpFsG

The Huskers, who are now in first place in the Big Ten standings will head out on the road Wednesday night to face the Creighton Bluejays in their final midweek game of the year.
Nebraska could be in the top 25 to stay. The Huskers get to face the Michigan State Spartans this weekend and finish the season against the Penn State Nittany Lions.
Nebraska controls their destiny in the Big Ten. The Huskers are 12-5-1 while Maryland is in second place at 14-7. The Huskers have three games in hand over Maryland, which should be a sweep of cellar dweller Penn State.
