After a month of deliberation, Ed Morrow will join the Golden Eagles of Marquette for the 2017-18 season.
Nebraska transfer Ed Morrow told ESPN he is headed to Marquette.

The 6’7” former Cornhuskers starter will head up north and take his chances with a young Marquette team that could very easily utilize his talents immediately. Ed will have two years of eligibility left in is collegiate career. He averaged 9.4 points and 7.5 rebounds per game his sophomore year and was looked upon and a major key to Nebraska’s plans for next season.
While somewhat successful during this less than stellar year he was not fully happy in Lincoln and Tim Miles granted him his release.
The change was something that Ed must have needed as he was a Husker legacy at the University. His father, Edward Sr., was on the 1994 Nebraska national championship football team and his mother Nafeesah played three season on the Husker women’s basketball team. His aunt Roquilah also played basketball for the Huskers.
Ed has a promising career ahead of him and we wish him the best.
