Nebraska Baseball Vs. Creighton: Gamethread, TV & Radio Options

The Huskers finish their midweek slate against Creighton

After a sweep of the Rutgers Scarlet Knights, Nebraska heads up I-80 to Creighton to take on the Bluejays in the final non-conference game for both teams this season. Nebraska and Creighton have split the previous two meetings, with the Huskers winning 14-6 on April 6th in Lincoln, while Creighton took the most recent meeting 5-2 on April 18th in Omaha.

Nebraska has announced that Ethan Frazier will get his third start of the season. Frazier has not allowed a run this season, with two spot starts against Omaha during midweek games providing most of his innings. Creighton has not announced a starter for tonight’s contest.

Creighton is coming off a 7-5 victory last night against Omaha where they had to use both Ethan DeCaster and David Gerber, two of the top relievers for the Jays. DeCaster and Gerber both threw over 20 pitches, which could make them unavailable, or only available for a one inning appearance.
