Nebraska Recruiting: JUCO LB Will Honas is ‘N’

I regret to inform you that the staff has secured yet another commit, this time at Iowa’s expense.

Welcome Will Honas of El Dorado, KS. The #1 ranked JUCO ILB will be a welcome addition to the middle of the field and figures to start early and often in Erik Chinander’s defense. But that’s not even the best part.

Honas also represents Scott Frost’s first victory over Iowa. He was heavily favored to head to Iowa City to become the next Josey Jewell.

Honas’ commitment comes off an official visit to Nebraska this past weekend.
