Former Nebraska WR Target Tyjon Lindsey Decommits From Ohio State, Are The Huskers Back In Play?

An interesting development from Las Vegas, folks.

Student Sports

Late last night, Bishop Gorman wide receiver and Nebraska target Tyjon Lindsey did something that was pretty unexpected and decommitted from Ohio State.

It’s a very interesting moment, since Lindsey’s teammate at Gorman, Tate Martell, is about to enroll at Ohio State.

So, where’s folks thinking that Lindsey will land? Well, Nebraska’s Crystal Ball has EXPLODED for Lindsey in the last 8 hours. And when I mean exploded, I mean 14 picks since midnight alone, all national and local guys, all for Nebraska for Tyjon. I’m making it 15, and I’ll explain why.

Even if one Joseph Lewis commits to Nebraska, there’s now definitely a chance to play early for Lindsey if he comes to Lincoln. He’s easily the best or second best verbal to come play for Nebraska (Lewis would be higher), and with Jamire Calvin and Isaiah Hodgins both not in the picture anymore, Lindsey’s path cleared up. Can you say that about his path at Ohio State, where it’s a big-time youth movement?

It’s evident that Keith Williams didn’t stop here, and the fact that Donte’ is with him only helps. Tyjon hasn’t taken his official visit to Lincoln yet, and if that can be handled and he comes to Lincoln where Keyshawn, Tristan Gebbia and the “new” offense can be sold...... well, good things folks.
