Nebraska Leads Wyoming 17-7 At Half

It’s half time and Nebraska is ahead! Here’s the good, bad and ugly of the first half!

NCAA Football: Wyoming at Nebraska Bruce Thorson-USA TODAY Sports

The Good

Nebraska is ahead. That’s good, right?

Tommy Armstrong threw an interception in the red zone, but otherwise he’s 11-for-18 for 277 yards and a touchdown.

Alonzo Moore has three receptions for 109 yards and a touchdown.

The Bad

20 rushes for 54 yards for a 2.7 yard per attempt average.

Giving up a touchdown to Wyoming on a 4th and 12 right before half time.

The Ugly

A stupid late hit penalty on Nick Gates. An interception thrown on first and five from Wyoming’s goal line by Tommy Armstrong straight into the arms of a Wyoming defender.

Two punts for 25 yards for a 12.5 yard per punt average.

Being consistently inconsistent.
