The (probably) second highest target on the Nebraska Cornhuskers Wide Receiver target board is Tyjon Lindsey, the WR that is now playing for his home school at Bishop Gorman HS in Las Vegas.
Lindsey has been on the mind of Nebraska fans here for the better part of the summer, and it does come up to a head here at 10am CDT when he pulls the trigger on his commitment. Folks will be watching on twitter for his decision.

Nebraska had been the leader for a long time with Lindsey, going neck and neck with the only other school that had been in line for his services, Ohio State.
There has been some questions surrounding Lindsey here in the past few weeks. Word on the street was that he moved back to LV to play his Senior year of ball because he was facing a possible suspension in Cali. Then, in the first game of Gorman’s season, he was injured on a hard tackle.

But, in the end, Lindsey will probably pick Ohio State tomorrow. Why? Well, things changed for Nebraska when Lindsey went to the Buckeyes Friday Night Lights camp. There, he worked with his Quarterback from Gorman, Tate Martell. Martell, who is a current Ohio State verbal, got the Lindsey train to OSU going hard on that day.
However, the Lindsey to Nebraska train may not be fully dead if Tyjon picks the Buckeyes. Martell has shown that he’s not really steady in commitment to a school, and if Martell splits town, there’s a possible, albeit small, chance that Tyjon would look around. The Buckeyes will be depending on the commitment of Trevon Grimes on Wednesday. That and maybe a flyer in the rough like Jaylen Harris would give Lindsey a chance to split.
If Tyjon does split to Columbus, don’t believe the hype that the Keith Williams DUI fiasco had anything to do with it. Williams has the support of Lindsey in this whole time, and it was evident on twitter with the #FreeDub hashtag. Last we all knew, Tyjon is still set for his Official Visit to Lincoln, and if the little trickle down theory exists in some way with Martell and such... well, never say never.
The Huskers still have targets in Joseph Lewis and Jamire Calvin, and that’s not a bad fallback plan. If they can’t get Lindsey in Lincoln, it’s not for a lack of trying.
